Registration will open at 9:00am on Thursday morning. You will be turned away if you attempt to enter the grounds of Camp Gaea prior to 9:00am on Thursday, May 24. Registration hours are Thursday—Saturday from 9:00am to 9:00pm, and on Sunday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. NO exceptions.

Ages under 18 must have adult supervision at the festival.

Day passes are good from 9:00am to 9:00am the next day. This year you CAN purchase more than one day pass per person. They are still sold at gate only. You should plan on having your area cleaned up, bagging and taking all trash to designated areas, and leaving by 6:00 p.m. on Monday. If you plan on camping Monday evening, you will be subject to Camp Gaea fees. Go to www.campgaea.org for more information on the camp and its facilities.
For directions and maps to Camp Gaea, please go to their website at www.campgaea.org. RV campers, 5th wheels and trailers will be allowed onto property. Anything longer than 16 ft., pulled or self-propelled, or has more than two axles, will be charged a $50. ABSOLUTELY NO SEMI’s!!!

Heartland Pagan Festival is a camping event. Cabins located on the campgrounds are reserved for honored guest speakers and bands. Campfires are permitted only in designated, previously existing fire pits. Under no circumstances may you dig your own fire pit in any other location.

Please supply your own firewood. Wood in the wood corral is for H.S.A. ritual use only. H.P.F. provides dumpsters for trash and barrels for recycling, Thursday through Monday. Please bring your own trash bags to help keep your campsite tidy. A Community Dinner will be provided after the Opening Night Ritual on Thursday for $2.00 per person.

Meal Plans will be provided by Blissful Bites. Purchasers will be served two meals. Check out our website www.kchsa.org for the Meal Plan Menu.

Pets must be registered and a photocopy of the animal’s current vaccination records included with the registration form. Pets must be kept on leashes at all times and cleaned up after while on property.

Refund requests must be received by April 30th for 100% refund, May 31st for 75% refund or June 15th for 50% refund. Merchandise monies are non-refundable. All refund requests will be evaluated by H.S.A.
